How much do we charge for delivery?

Customers can expect to receive purchases within two to four working days if items are in stock. If any of the items are out of stock we will inform you via email within one working day of you placing the order. Please check individual items or call us on 029 2000 4887 to find out whether an item is in stock or not.

Items are sent either via Royal Mail’s 48-hour tracking service or via DPD couriers.

Delivery to Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland is £19.99

If your order is urgent, you can upgrade to our next day delivery service for £8.99. Simply place your order before 2pm and you’ll receive your goods the following day. You will need to check if the items you want are available for upgraded delivery, which you can do by calling our customer service team on the number above.

Next day upgrades are delivered using DPD. DPD deliver between 7.30am - 7.30pm but can be later if the driver has items left to deliver. Please note this is a next working day delivery, so upgraded orders processed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, upgraded orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
